Our reservations head office is in Barcelona.

General Conditions

All reservations must be confirmed by email 48 hours in advance with the following details: Name of the client, collection point, day and time, how long the service is required, type of excursion or service, credit card details.
Our hourly rates are fully inclusive (road tolls, car parking, meals, VAT, etc.)
Services between the hours of 10.00pm and 6.00am will be subject to a surcharge of 20%.
Hotels and travel agencies have a discount of 10% on the final price, not including VAT.

Cancellations
